Purpose of role:
Development and Management of construction and completions capability on Oil & Gas projects ensuring that structural design integrity is not compromised
Skills required:
· Experience with the development of layouts for new facilities
· Experienced in the specification, evaluation and documentation of equipment.
· Work is performed in accordance with broad technical guidelines and with minimal supervision.
· Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritisation of work to achieve them.
· Technical competence of structural personnel.
· Evaluate new technology advancements against existing design standards and revise where applicable.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
· A proven track record and demonstrable success in the management of HSE in major projects.
· Must have experience as a project lead
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
