HSE Manager

Our Client, an Oil & Gas Company is looking for a HSE  Manager with at least 10 years of experience.

Purpose of role:

• The HSE Manager is responsible for managing the HSE risks for the project development. 
• Developing HSE strategies and management plans to support the engineering, procurement and construction of the mine and overseeing a team of site based HSE professionals during construction

Skills required:

• Develop HSE standards, systems and procedures to support the project
• Ensure effective hazard & incident management processes are implemented
• Excellent presentation skills.

       ·    Commercial experience, including contracts and procurement. 

·    Excellent interpersonal skills

·    Proven team builder

Qualifications:

• A relevant tertiary qualification, gained within an Analytical discipline (eg: Environmental Science)

·    Understanding of the principles and practices of HS Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems

Location: Nigeria
